Lions, by their very nature and size are impressive. I wanted this fellow to be on the move, with one foot raised to take a step. There is wind blowing through his main which was so enjoyable to sculpt! (*note: the wire that supports his raised paw will not be present in the final casting.)
Patina for this beauty will likely be tradition French Brown or Tawny, but with pre-casting special orders, collector's have the opportunity to customize the patina.
Regular cast price for this piece will be between $3,000 - $3,500 CAD

This sculpture is hand cast bronze using the lost wax method. All of my sculptures come with a Certificate of Authenticity in a custom folio.
**If you are purchasing as a gift and the sculpture cannot be ready in time, a custom gift package which includes the folio and certificate as well as a set of images of your ordered sculpture can be given in advance of the sculpture's arrival.
