This oil painting features a glorious sunset. On my last evening during a trip to Portugal, Kindrie experienced this incredible sunset, which inspired this lovely painting.
 
With luminous impressionist brush strokes on a smooth wood panel, the colours of peach, pink and orange, with the blue of the sky, are layered masterfully in this small vertical landscape.
 
It is framed with a rich black solid wood moulding, with gold accent that echoes the oil colour.
